Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any software
purchased, simply contact us within 30
days of your purchase to receive a full refund. Refunds
requested after 30 days of your initial purchase date
will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to
a fraudulent purchase.
If a defect is found and our support department can't
provide a fix or work-around within 14 days, a a full
refund will be offered.
Any software purchased on CD-Rom must be unopened and
returned within 30 days of your purchase. CD-Rom's must be
received before a refund will be issued. All shipping,
handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you are issued a refund, it can take up to 5 working
days for the transaction to appear in your bank.
