License Transfer

You can transfer your product license from your current computer to a new computer at any time by simply following the steps below. Please note you must be connected to the Internet to transfer your product license to a new computer.


To transfer your product license over to a new computer:

1. Load the software on your existing computer first and then select the Help menu > Registration Wizard.

2. The Registration Wizard will now be displayed, click Next to continue.

3. You will now be prompted to enter your email address and serial number information. Click on the option at the top called "Un-activate my product registration to transfer to a different computer". Click Next to continue.

4. Your license will now be un-activated on your computer. You will now need to wait up to 12 hours for your account to be updated. Once your account has been updated, you can then follow the instructions from your registration email on downloading and installing the software on your new computer, and then re-activating your product license.

If you no longer have your registration email, simply click here to email support and request your registration email again.

5. License transfer complete.

Additional Information - Transferring your existing certificates onto your new computer

You can transfer your existing certificate information over to your new computer before un-activating your product license if required.

To transfer your existing certificate information onto your new computer, download and install the evaluation version onto your new computer. To download the evaluation version simply follow the instructions in your original order email that was sent out when you placed your order, or simply download the software directly from our website. You can then use the archive and restore features within the software to transfer your certificates from your existing computer to your new computer. To do this simply load the software on your existing computer and select the Tools menu > Backups > Backup Database option. This will then allow you to save your certificates database to a file which can then be transferred onto your new computer and restored in the exact same way.
